In November 2021, ETL GLOBAL Member BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Sroka Nilsson and JCJK Kancelaria Prawna, another renowned Polish law firm, formed a strategic alliance called BSJPtech and comprising an interdisciplinary legal team focused on IT, new new technologies and e-commerce.
The two firms bring along many years of experience in implementing all kinds of technology projects. Thus, 12 lawyers from the new BSJPtech department are now dedicated to all segments from the tech world. Clients will thus benefit from highly specialised legal services and an expanded service offering in five locations.
BSJP has been intensively developing its IP, IT and new technology offering for several years and is regularly recommended by international legal rankings, says Maciej Prusak, lawyer and partner at BSJP. Thus, the establishment of the alliance with JCJK is a response to the ever-increasing demand from clients. The aim is to create access for technology companies to nationwide IT legal advice and to increase the law firms’ share in the highly dynamic technology advisory market.
