ETL GLOBAL is proud to announce, that KODAP Group, ETL GLOBAL Member in the Czech Republic, was ranked No. 1 in the award „Bookkeeping company of the year 2020“.
This prize is assigned every year by the Czech Union of Accountants, Czech Chamber of Certified Accountants and in cooperation with the publishing house Wolters Kluwer Czech Republic. It was the first time for KODAP Group to participate in this competition.
The organizers based their assessment on 2 major criteria:
(i) The expertise and specialisation of nominated participants, including the complexity of services, bookkeeping processes and modern accounting;
(ii) Client satisfaction, involving the clients’ impressions on service outputs, fulfilment of nonstandard requests and the electronic communication held with clients. Moreover, the jury also asked for clients’ feedback in several interviews and talked to representatives of KODAP Group as well.
It is in particular criterion (ii) that makes this award a really special one.
