ETL GLOBAL is happy to announce further growth in the UK: In late March Laytons ETL GLOBAL acquired commercial law firm Cannings Connolly who will now relocate to Laytons’ headquarters in Old Broad Street, London. This step has added commercial property and construction sectors to Laytons’ service portfolio. Cannings Connolly’s strengths lie particularly in real estate, property disputes, construction litigation and planning disputes. John Abbott, Laytons’ managing partner, said: “This acquisition is our first since joining the ETL GLOBAL network last spring.
