The ETL Audit Challenge, held from 29 September to 1 October in the South Moravian town of Podivín, was a team-based competition designed for young auditors from across the ETL GLOBAL network. Participants from Germany, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Spain came together to solve a complex IFRS consolidation case study in mixed international teams, combining technical skills with cross-border collaboration. The challenge tested their ability to work under pressure, apply professional standards, and think analytically. The winning team, made up of Spanish and Czech auditors, stood out for both their accuracy and teamwork. Alongside the competition, participants enjoyed informal networking, wine tasting, and excursions in the Lednice-Valtice region.
