ETL GLOBAL is pleased to report on two recent developments within ETL GLOBAL Spain, with the integration of ADARES ETL GLOBAL and Allyon ETL completing the integration of its recently opened office in Madrid.
ADARES joins ETL GLOBAL Spain in Soria
Established in 1996, ADARES ETL GLOBAL has developed a strong local presence, serving self-employed professionals and companies throughout the province of Soria, operating from three offices: two in the province’s capital and one in the nearby town of Ólvega.
Led by partners Agustín López, Purificación Palomar and Lourdes Ramos, the firm has a team of over 20 professionals, specialising on tax and accounting matters, while also providing employment, legal, mergers and acquisitions services as well as further support in corporate matters.
Joining the ETL GLOBAL Spain group will allow the Soria-based team to retain its local identity while extending the support available to clients through the wider group.

Allyon ETL Developes its Presence in Madrid
Allyon ETL has completed the set-up of its Madrid office, expanding its presence beyond its established operations in Barcelona and supporting its national growth plans. Located at 108 Príncipe de Vergara, the office has now completed its operational and corporate integration under the Allyon ETL brand and forms an integral part of the firm’s wider structure.
The Madrid team supports the firm’s work in tax advice and tax law, corporate law, VAT and indirect taxation, while also housing several corporate departments. The completion of the project marks a further step in Allyon ETL’s development following the integration of several specialist firms and the expansion of its existing areas of activity.
