The distinction recognises organisations that feature in the Best Workplaces France ranking and meet additional criteria relating to gender equality. Women must represent at least 33% of both the workforce and management, while organisations must demonstrate positive results on equity indicators and take concrete action to advance professional equality beyond legal requirements.
At In Extenso, 92% of employees say they are treated fairly regardless of gender. The firm continues to support equal opportunities through initiatives that help employees develop their skills and progress in their careers, with this latest recognition reflecting the daily contribution of its teams.
This distinction adds to In Extenso’s other recognitions this year, including its 5th consecutive Great Place To Work certification and an EcoVadis Bronze Medal for its responsible business practices.
