Based in Canelli, in the province of Asti, Vicarioli Pistone has been active for over forty years, providing consulting, accounting and tax services to businesses in the Asti and Langhe areas, while also supporting foreign investors, particularly from Northern Europe. Through this transaction, ETL Italia strengthens its presence in a strategically important region characterised by a strong entrepreneurial environment and international appeal, including the renowned DOCG wine sector. At the same time, the firm will continue to operate with full continuity: founder Maria Antonia Pistone retains her shareholding and management role, while Carlo Vicarioli assumes the position of consultant and co-administrator, ensuring stability and preserving the expertise built over decades .
