ETL GLOBAL is proud to announce the successful conclusion of ETL GLOBAL Spain’s 9th National Congress, where more than 300 professionals from over 150 member firms came together to reflect on the present and future of the group.
Held in the beautiful city of Cáceres, the congress combined keynote sessions, roundtables and panel discussions on the challenges and opportunities facing the sector. It also provided the stage to officially welcome newly incorporated firms from several Spanish cities. Their addition reflects the steady development of the Spanish group, which closed the last financial year with 8.5% growth driven by service diversification and a wider regional footprint.
Key themes included talent development, innovation, and digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on new collaborations with universities and the role of technology in strengthening capabilities across the group. A highlight was the launch of VATgpt, ETL GLOBAL’s first AI initiative, showcasing how digital solutions can improve efficiency while enabling professionals to focus on higher-value advisory work.
As the group looks to the future, the congress served as a clear statement of intent to lead the sector through collaboration, adaptability, and strategic vision, both nationally and internationally.
