ETL GLOBAL is proud to announce a significant development in Italy, where ETL Italia, the joint venture between NexumStp and ETL GLOBAL, has acquired majority stakes in Reviprof and Progesa.
Reviprof, a well-established auditing firm with offices in Mantua and Milan, brings strong expertise in statutory audits and financial control. Progesa, based in the same region, focuses on business organisation, corporate management consulting and specialised services in ESG, subsidised finance and financial training. Together, the two firms employ around 50 professionals and generate combined revenues of more than €5 million.
