Based in Pinerolo, in the province of Turin, Eupragma provides tax consultancy and accounting data processing services to businesses located primarily in Northern Italy. The firm will continue to be led by Fabio Varchetta, a tax professional with extensive experience in advisory matters. The acquisition ensures continuity of service while strengthening ETL Italia’s presence in the Piedmont region and enhancing its financial service capabilities.
Commenting on the closing, Massimo Nardini, Managing Partner of NexumStp and Chairman of ETL Italia, stated: “ETL Italia’s activities continue according to the defined development strategy.
