ETL GLOBAL is thrilled to report that its Member MDDP has received two prestigious honours at the ITR EMEA Tax Awards 2026, recognising its achievements in tax advisory and tax disputes.
At the awards ceremony in London, MDDP received the titles of Poland Tax Advisory Firm of the Year and Poland Tax Disputes Advisory Firm of the Year. This marks the firm’s third win in the overall tax advisory category, following its successes in 2013 and 2018, and its second consecutive year receiving the tax disputes award.
The Tax Advisory Firm of the Year award recognises the work of MDDP’s teams across their practice areas, including significant advisory projects and successful cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the General Court. Among the achievements considered were judgments concerning VAT and real estate taxation, alongside the firm’s work on major property transactions.
The Tax Disputes award acknowledges the scale and significance of MDDP’s litigation work. During 2025, the team handled over 80 tax disputes with a combined value exceeding PLN 100 million. The judging panel also recognised its efforts to protect taxpayers’ rights and improve standards in tax proceedings.
