ETL GLOBAL is proud to announce that ETL Italia, the joint venture between ETL GLOBAL and NexumStp, has entered the share capital of PDM & Partners, a long-established professional services firm with offices in La Spezia and Milan.
Since its foundation in the 1960s, PDM & Partners assists micro and small-sized enterprises throughout every stage of their corporate life cycle, with services including tax advisory, corporate consulting, labour and payroll services, accounting, and compliance. Today, the firm is led by Gianluca De Zan, chartered accountant, together with labour consultants Daniela Marchesini and Marco Pinelli, with a strong focus on Liguria, Lombardy and the wider northern Italian market.
