ETL GLOBAL is proud to announce the upcoming ETL GLOBAL Future Stars Competition and ETL Audit Challenge, two initiatives designed to recognise emerging talent across the network and strengthen cross-border collaboration among young professionals.
The ETL GLOBAL Future Stars Competition, now in its 3rd edition, will take place from 9–11 September 2026 in Podivín, Czech Republic. Once again, young lawyers and tax advisors from across the ETL GLOBAL network will come together to address a proposed directive and develop solutions for complex advisory scenarios involving multinational services.
Through this format, participating teams will be challenged to apply their knowledge across different regulatory frameworks, strengthening the practical and international skills that are essential to serving clients with cross-border needs.

Building on the success of the ETL GLOBAL Future Stars Competition, the ETL Audit Challenge will continue with its next round from 14–16 September 2026 at Zeche Zollverein in Essen, Germany, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This year, the competition is being organised by ETL Prüfung & Beratung the audit arm of the German ETL Group, and provides a comparable platform for technical development, collaboration and professional exchange among audit professionals at ETL GLOBAL.
Together, the ETL GLOBAL Future Stars Competition and the ETL Audit Challenge reflect ETL GLOBAL’s continued investment in young professionals and its focus on building strong, connected teams across disciplines and markets.
