Today, ETL GLOBAL closes the celebration of its 10th anniversary year, thanking all those who have played a key role in the creation and development of the network, and who have shared their stories and perspectives throughout this important milestone.
What began at the first ETL GLOBAL Conference in Barcelona in 2015, as a small group of just over 25 colleagues from around 10 countries, has grown into one of the leading professional networks worldwide. 10 years from its start, ETL GLOBAL now brings together over 31,000 people, including more than 24,000 professionals, working from more than 1,600 offices in over 60 countries, providing services in over 70 jurisdictions and supporting more than 660,000 clients worldwide.
This development has been made possible by the people behind it: those who believed in the project from the beginning, when it was still an idea, and who have continued to build it over the years.
Over the past months, partners and leaders from across the network, featured throughout this anniversary series, representing different countries, professional backgrounds and career paths, have consistently pointed to the same factors behind the network’s success: a strong entrepreneurial mindset, close ties to local markets, and the conviction that cooperation across borders can open possibilities that would otherwise remain out of reach.
At the centre of all this are personal relationships. Partnerships built gradually through shared work, conversations that turn into collaborations, and a professional environment where colleagues from different backgrounds support one another when opportunities or challenges arise.
Looking ahead, this perspective continues to guide the network. On 1 and 2 October 2026, colleagues from the entire ETL GLOBAL family will meet again in Warsaw for another global Conference. The meeting will place a strong focus on working groups, where professionals from similar fields will be able to collaborate in focused, interactive groups designed to encourage direct networking and professional exchange. ETL GLOBAL looks forward to this opportunity to reconnect in person, to continue sharing ideas, and to build on the relationships that remain at the core of the network.
With this anniversary year now complete, ETL GLOBAL moves forward with renewed energy, ready to continue its development in the years ahead, welcoming new colleagues and expanding its presence across countries.
