ETL GLOBAL is thrilled to report that three of its Members, MDDP, from Poland, and KRW Steuerberater and UNICONSULT Steuerberatung, from Austria, have been elected in prestigious professional awards in 2025: the ITR EMEA Tax Awards and KURIER’s “Top Steuerberater 2025”.
This year, MDDP, ETL GLOBAL Member in Poland, was recognised with three awards at the ITR EMEA Tax Awards, a result that confirms its position among the country’s leading tax advisory firms. The firm received the title of Tax Disputes Advisory Firm of the Year and was also honoured with Impact Case of the Year for its role in a precedent-setting judgment. In addition, Tax Litigation Lawyer of the Year was awarded to Jakub Warnieło, Head of MDDP’s Tax Litigation Team.
Together, these achievements showcase both the strength of the firm and the expertise of its professionals.

In Austria, ETL GLOBAL Members KRW Steuerberater (Salzburg) and UNICONSULT Steuerberatung (Upper Austria) have been recognised among the country’s Top Tax Advisors 2025 (“Top Steuerberater 2025”) by the daily newspaper KURIER. The ranking is based on a study conducted by the Institute for Management and Economic Research IMWF Austria, which analysed more than 1.2 million data points to evaluate the reputation of Austrian advisory firms. This recognition highlights the strong market position of both firms and the trust they have built with their clients.
