ETL GLOBAL is pleased to report that ETL GLOBAL Lithuania recently hosted a three-day summer retreat in Palanga. The gathering brought together guests from across the country for a mix of professional exchange and time with family in an informal setting.
Held from 29 June to 2 July at the AUSKA hotel on the Baltic coast, the retreat welcomed some 100 participants, including clients, colleagues, partners and their families. Organised by CEO Dominykas Rasimas, the event focused on strengthening internal connections and offering space to reflect outside the daily routine.
On 1 July, attendees welcomed Ugnė Pileckaitė and Aidas Pileckas of the Ugnies Aidas Judo Club. The two athletes, sponsored by ETL GLOBAL Lithuania, had just returned from the 43rd World Military Judo Championship in Warendorf, Germany. Competing against international opponents, Pileckaitė placed 5th and Pileckas 9th while representing Lithuania.
“Supporting young talent like Ugnė and Aidas reflects the values we believe in: resilience, ambition, and excellence,” said Dominykas Rasimas.
The event served as a focused opportunity to bring teams together, reinforce existing connections, and recognise contributions both within and beyond the firm.
