ETL GLOBAL is proud to report on the Women’s Networking Lounge Summit 2025 in Munich, an event created to encouraging collaboration and advancing leadership among women within the ETL Group. Representing ETL GLOBAL was Anne-Kathrin Steinröder, Head of the ETL GLOBAL Network, joined by ETL GLOBAL colleagues Linda Käser, Marisa Herbrandt of Dr. Reichmann Abogados, Mallorca and Anette Holzinger of mgr London.
Under the theme “The Power of Networking,” the summit created an open environment for women to meet, share their experiences and discuss the importance of genuine connections in business. The event’s main day included focused sessions on building networks and strengthening professional relationships, as well as a workshop on personal presence and impact led by Sabine Altena.
A key moment was the farewell to Christine Wernze, who stepped down as chair of the WNL community after 15 years. She handed over the role to Claudia Jaensch and Janine Peine, who will now work with Lina Lisa Kolbitz to guide the group. Christine’s departure was met with a standing ovation and warm words of thanks from everyone present, acknowledging her years of commitment and guidance.
Anne-Kathrin Steinröder noted that the event showcased the wealth of female potential within ETL and beyond and provided a chance to build new relationships and learn from one another. “Together we will continue to push visibility and unfolding – and I will contribute my share in the international world,” she said.
ETL GLOBAL sees the WNL Summit 2025 as an important part of the wider ETL Group’s efforts to support women in business and looks forward to further opportunities for engagement and exchange.
